# RevenueHoop review: services, focus, and alternatives

Facts below come from [RevenueHoop's website](https://www.revenuehoop.com), checked October 28, 2026. Something out of date? Email [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com).

## What RevenueHoop does

RevenueHoop is a RevOps and GTM engineering agency for B2B SaaS companies. It designs, builds, and runs revenue infrastructure inside the client's own systems: CRM deduplication, enrichment, and integrations; signal-based outbound automation with an ongoing experiment program; automated account and contact research written into the CRM; embedded GTM engineers; and context graphs that keep account knowledge intact through turnover. It goes deep on three platforms, Clay, ZoomInfo GTM Studio, and Claude, and works across the wider stack of CRMs, routing, sequencers, and dialers.

- Marketing and sales operations: CRM dedupe, enrichment, integrations
- Clay workflows, waterfall enrichment, and intent signals
- ZoomInfo GTM Studio and Copilot implementation
- Claude research, qualification, and internal agents
- Outbound automation and experimentation
- Embedded GTM engineers on retainer
- Context graphs and company knowledge base

## Who RevenueHoop fits

The site names four buyers: enterprise CROs who want coverage across a complex architecture without adding headcount, sales leaders who want research in the CRM before calls, RevOps teams with a backlog of dedupe, enrichment, and reporting work, and SMB founders who want a working GTM function without hiring one. Its ZoomInfo work targets CROs already paying for ZoomInfo who want more from the license. Customers named on the site are mostly venture-backed SaaS companies.

- Its site says it invests most deeply in Clay, ZoomInfo GTM Studio, and Claude, and that it partners with ZoomInfo.
- Other tools it lists include HubSpot, Salesforce, Chili Piper, LeanData, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft, Smartlead, Instantly, HeyReach, Default, and Nooks.
- Its story page says co-founder Petra brought Clay into Oyster as one of Clay's first enterprise customers and became an early certified Clay expert.
- Its site says Clay builds happen in the client's own workspace, with Clay credits billed by Clay to the client.

## How RevenueHoop works

Engagements follow three stages. A diagnostic of about three weeks maps routing, enrichment, handoff, and reporting and comes back with what is leaking and what it costs. A build of eight to twelve weeks ships signals, automations, and integrations inside the client's environment, documented as they ship. Embedded GTM engineering then continues, tuning routing, cutting enrichment cost, and running experiments against pipeline. For Clay, the audit covers the CRM, any existing workspace, and best-fit closed-won accounts, and first outbound campaigns go live inside the build window. Claude work starts with picking two or three use cases, then context design, integration via Clay, the CRM, and MCP, and evaluation against a held-out test set.

Its site says founders Abbey and Petra met on the RevOps team at Oyster in 2023 and founded RevenueHoop in May 2024, each with over a decade of RevOps experience.

## Published results and clients

These are RevenueHoop's own claims from its website. We have not verified them independently.

- Its site lists Brex, Oyster, Strava, Webflow, Secureframe, CrewAI, and Singular among the GTM teams it has worked with.
- Its site quotes Webflow's head of sales development saying its work improved speed-to-lead and automated inbound and outbound workflows.
- Its site quotes Singular saying it delivered lead and account scoring in record time.
- Its site reports 3.4x qualified pipeline and 12 days off the sales cycle as track record figures, without naming the client.

## Engagement and pricing

Its site offers two models. A fixed scope project has a three month minimum, with six months preferred. Retainer-based GTM engineering, labelled its best seller, sells a package of hours at a flat fee for on-demand access to its engineers. Clay work runs as a three month accelerator or a six month retainer. Prices are not published.

## How RevenueHoop compares

Clay agencies range from outbound shops that use Clay for list building to GTM engineering firms that build Clay into a full revenue system with the CRM, sequencer, and automation layer. Clay partner tier, how tables are documented for handoff, and credit efficiency are the useful things to compare.

RevenueHoop is a young firm founded in 2024 with a strong logo list, so ask which named customers were full builds versus smaller projects, and request the client behind the 3.4x pipeline figure. If you run ZoomInfo, ask what it has shipped in GTM Studio specifically, since that is newer than its Clay work. Clarify how many retainer hours you get, who staffs them, and whether the three week diagnostic is priced separately from the build.
