# We’re hiring GTM engineers

Two tracks, same craft: building the systems that drive pipeline for startups. Pick the one that fits.

Offshore GTME

Remote · Full-time or contract · $3K-$9K/mo

NYC GTME

In-person / hybrid

## What the work is

OneGTM is forward-deployed GTM engineering. You work with me, Garrett, on outbound, CRM and data, signal workflows and automation for startup clients, and you ship from the first week. Both tracks do the same craft. The NYC role sits with founders and GTM teams in person. The offshore role runs the same systems remotely and async.

- Outbound end to end: targeting, enrichment, sequencing, deliverability and routing
- Daily work in Clay, Claude Code, HubSpot or Salesforce, Instantly and HeyReach
- Turning buying signals into live campaigns and wiring tools together with APIs

## Who does well here

People who have built systems themselves, not just used the tools. Clay is table stakes. Comfort with Claude Code, scraping, enrichment, CRM automation or a bit of Python or JavaScript helps. You own a problem from start to finish and write clearly about what you did.

## How to apply

Email [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com) with a short note and anything you have built: workflows, outbound campaigns, automations or side projects, with links or demos where you can. Real shipped work counts for more than a résumé. Details for each track are on the [offshore GTME](https://getaob.com/hiring-offshore) and [NYC GTME](https://getaob.com/hiring-nyc) pages.

Most people in GTM talk about strategy. I care about people who can **build**.
