# Privacy policy

Last updated October 25, 2026

This policy explains what OneGTM collects through getaob.com and our business, what we do with it, and the choices you have. It's written to be read, so it's short.

## 1. Who we are

OneGTM LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company based in New York, NY. We build go-to-market systems for B2B companies. When this policy says "we" or "us," it means OneGTM LLC. You can reach us about anything in this policy at [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com).

## 2. What this policy covers

This policy covers getaob.com and our own sales, marketing and outreach. When we work with data for a client under a client agreement, that agreement governs it, and we act as the client's service provider. Questions about that data should go to the client.

## 3. What we collect and where it comes from

**What you give us.** When you use the booking form we collect your name, work email, company, what you're looking for, and your LinkedIn URL if you add it. If you book a call, email us, or talk with us, we keep what you share.

**Website analytics.** Google Analytics records the pages you view, how you got here, your browser and device, and a rough location based on your IP address. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling, page layout) so we can fix confusing parts of the site. Clarity masks what you type into the booking form. We also log which outbound links get clicked, with the country and referring page, and keep the campaign link and referring site you arrived from in your browser. If you fill in the booking form or open our scheduling page, that campaign information (plus the Google Analytics and Meta browser ids, when those tools are on) goes with it, so we know which channels work.

**Website visitor identification.** RB2B, Default and Dreamdata match signals like your IP address, cookies and device details against their own data to tell us which company, and sometimes which professional, is visiting. When they find a match we may receive a name, business email, job title, employer, LinkedIn URL and the pages viewed. The LinkedIn Insight Tag measures our LinkedIn ads.

**Professional data providers.** For B2B outreach we get business contact details, such as name, title, company and work email, from professional data providers and public sources like company websites and LinkedIn.

## 4. How we use it and who we share it with

We use this information to answer you and run the calls you book, to understand interest in our services, to contact professionals who may benefit from them, to measure our marketing and ads, to keep the site secure and stop spam, and to meet legal duties.

**Our outreach email.** We send individually researched business email to people at companies, never bulk mail, and we don't buy mailing lists. To stop hearing from us, reply "pause" to any message, or email [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com). A request to stop is permanent. Our [email and anti-spam policy](https://getaob.com/terms#email-policy) has the details.

We share personal information with service providers who work for us: the tools named in this policy, plus Cloudflare (hosting and security), Attio (CRM), Slack (team chat), Resend (email), and Railway and Supabase (hosting and database for our internal reply tools). The full list of providers that handle client data is on our [subprocessors](https://getaob.com/subprocessors) page. When you send the booking form, Google receives a hashed copy of your email to measure our ads. When you download a free company list, we use your first name, work email and company to email you the download link (through Resend) and a few follow-up emails. Reply or use the unsubscribe link to stop them. We also share information with professional advisers, with authorities when the law requires it, and with a buyer if the business is sold.

We don't sell personal information for money. Some US state laws call it a "sale" or "sharing" when advertising and visitor identification tools collect data on a website. You can opt out of that on our [Privacy Choices page](https://getaob.com/privacy-choices).

## 5. Cookies and similar technologies

The site and the tools above use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to run the site, remember choices, measure traffic and identify visiting businesses.

Website visitor identification. We use third-party tools that use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to identify the business or professional profile associated with visitors to our website. We use this information to understand interest in our services and to contact professionals who may benefit from them. You can opt out on our [Privacy Choices page](https://getaob.com/privacy-choices) or by emailing [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com). We automatically honor Global Privacy Control signals, and we do not use these tools for visitors from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland.

When tracking is off, whether because you opted out, your browser sends Global Privacy Control, or you visit from one of those regions, the site loads none of the analytics, advertising, session recording or visitor identification tools named in this policy. To also stop RB2B on other websites that use it, use [RB2B's own opt-out](https://app.retention.com/optout).

## 6. Security

We use reputable providers, encrypted connections and limited access to protect what we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't promise that nothing will ever go wrong.

## 7. Retention

Booking form submissions are kept in Cloudflare storage for 30 days. CRM and email records stay while there's a business relationship or a reasonable chance of one, then we delete them. Analytics data follows each tool's retention setting, generally 14 months or less. We keep anything longer only when the law requires it.

## 8. Children

This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think we have some, email us and we'll delete it.

## 9. US state privacy rights

Depending on the state you live in, you may have the right to know and access the personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising.

To opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising on this browser, use our [Privacy Choices page](https://getaob.com/privacy-choices) or turn on Global Privacy Control. For any other request, email [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com). We'll answer within 45 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, and an authorized agent can ask for you. If we turn a request down, you can appeal by replying to our answer.

We won't treat you differently, charge you more, or give you a worse service for using any of these rights.

If you're in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland and we hold your information because you contacted us or as a business contact, you have the rights your local law gives you, and you can use them the same way.

## 10. Contact

Questions, requests or complaints about privacy go to [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com). We'll update this policy when our practices change and change the date at the top. You can also read our [terms of use](https://getaob.com/terms).
