By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. OneGTM is run by Garrett Wolfe in New York, NY, and "we" or "us" means OneGTM. ## Client work is covered separately Nothing on this site is an offer to do work on particular terms. Engagements are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, statement of work, or services agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins. Booking a call doesn't commit you or us to anything. ## Using the site You can browse, read, and share links to the site for any lawful purpose. Please don't try to break or overload it, get around its security or bot checks, send spam or automated junk through the booking form, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights. ## Free tools, data, and content The site includes free tools and reference material, such as the email deliverability checker, GTM scorecard, salary and jobs data, the glossary, playbooks, and agency profiles. They're provided for general information. Results depend on what you enter and on public data that can be incomplete or out of date. They aren't legal, financial, or tax advice, and you're responsible for decisions you make with them. Agency profiles and comparisons reflect our reading of public sources on the date shown. If something about your company is wrong, email [team@getaob.com](mailto:team@getaob.com) and we'll take a look. ## Our content The text, design, graphics, and code on this site belong to OneGTM or its licensors. You can quote short excerpts with a link back. Anything published under its own license, such as downloadable skills or templates, follows that license instead. Company names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify them. ## Partner and third-party links We link to tools and partners we use and recommend. Some links carry tracking parameters, and some are referral links that may earn us a fee or credit if you sign up. That never changes what you pay. We don't control third-party sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. ## Email and anti-spam policy OneGTM does not send spam, and nobody is allowed to send spam to promote getaob.com, OneGTM, or any of our domains. This section explains what we prohibit, the outreach we do send, how to stop hearing from us, and how to report a message. ### Who sends our email OneGTM LLC (getaob.com) is a New Mexico limited liability company run by Garrett Wolfe. Our business address is OneGTM LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States, and you can reach us at [gw@getaob.com](mailto:gw@getaob.com). We send outreach from separate sending domains that OneGTM owns, so our main domain is never used for prospecting. Each one redirects to getaob.com. They are bespoke-gtm.com, bespokerevops.com, gtmbespoke.com, gtmcustom.com, tailoredgtm.com, intergalacticoutbound.com, signaldrivengtm.com, aiforwardgtm.com, durablerevops.com, forwarddeployedrevops.com, operatorledgtm.com, scopedgtm.com. The mailboxes on them are Google Workspace accounts authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and replies reach a person. ### What we prohibit OneGTM prohibits bulk or mass unsolicited email, whether we send it or someone else sends it to promote us. In particular, we do not: - buy, rent or trade mailing lists, or email consumers or personal addresses; - send the same message to large numbers of people who weren't individually chosen; - email harvested or guessed addresses, or any address we haven't verified; - use false or misleading sender names, headers or subject lines; - send through open relays, compromised machines, or mailboxes that aren't ours; - email anyone who has asked us to stop. No partner, contractor, vendor, affiliate or anyone else may promote getaob.com, OneGTM, or any of our sending domains with unsolicited bulk email or any other kind of spam. We never authorize it, and if we learn that someone has done it, we'll end our relationship with them. ### The outreach we do send We send individually researched, one-to-one business email to named people at companies, about a business problem we think we can help with. Before anyone gets a message from us: - we choose the company because it fits the kind of business we work with and has a recent, specific reason to talk, such as hiring for a go-to-market role; - we pick a named person in a relevant role there and find their work address through professional data providers and public sources like company websites; - an email verification service checks the address, and anything not confirmed deliverable is dropped; - we check the person against our suppression list (opt-outs, bounces, clients, people already talking with us) and our do-not-contact list. We keep volume low on purpose. Each mailbox that sends outreach is limited to 15 emails a day, spaced out over business hours. A sequence is at most four short, plain-text emails, and it stops the moment the person replies. We contact no more than three new people at any one company in a 30-day period, and we don't use open-tracking pixels. Every message names the sender and OneGTM, and carries our business address and a line telling you how to opt out. When we run outreach for a client, it goes out from the client's own domains and mailboxes, in the client's name. This policy covers email sent in OneGTM's name. ### How to stop our emails Reply "pause" to any message from us, or ask us to stop in your own words. Any reply stops that sequence straight away. A request to stop, such as "pause", "stop", "unsubscribe" or "remove me", also puts every address we hold for you on our sending platform's block list and takes you out of every OneGTM campaign, by email and on LinkedIn. Clear requests are handled automatically, and a person reviews anything less clear. You can also email [gw@getaob.com](mailto:gw@getaob.com) and ask to be removed. A request to stop is permanent. OneGTM never emails an address that has opted out or bounced again, including in future campaigns. ### Reporting abuse If you received email that you think breaks this policy, whether from us or from someone claiming to promote us, forward it with full headers to [gw@getaob.com](mailto:gw@getaob.com?subject=Email%20abuse%20report). We'll stop any mail to you, look into it, and reply. ## Privacy Our [privacy policy](https://getaob.com/privacy) explains what we collect when you use the site, including analytics and website visitor identification, and how to opt out. ## Disclaimers and limits on liability The site and everything on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent the law allows, OneGTM isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you. You agree to cover OneGTM for claims and costs that come from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms. ## Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state or federal courts in New York County, New York, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction. ## Changes and contact We may update these terms from time to time.
