Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME)

Work directly with me building real GTM systems for serious startups. This is not a six-month shadow role—you ship from week one. Embed with companies for 2–3 months; build outbound, CRM and data, signal workflows, and automation end-to-end. Forward-deployed GTM engineering.

What you’ll do

  • Outbound systems end-to-end: targeting → sequencing → deliverability → routing
  • Live in Clay, HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, and the rest of the stack
  • Wire data and automation; turn signals into live campaigns
  • Sit with founders and GTM teams and ship fast

Who it’s for

  • Early career (~23–26), very high slope
  • Some exposure to GTM, growth, RevOps, or outbound
  • Comfortable in tools or fast to learn—Clay is table stakes
  • Systems-minded, high energy, NYC and in the room
