Offshore Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME)

OneGTM · Remote (offshore) · Full-time or contract

Build and operate GTM systems across multiple startup clients. This is execution, not management—you work with the founder (Garrett) on outbound, data pipelines, enrichment, CRM automation, and signals → pipeline. Async, high ownership, ship fast.

What you’ll do

  • Outbound end-to-end: targeting → enrichment → sequencing → routing → tracking
  • Automation workflows: Clay, Claude Code, n8n, APIs
  • Deep work in Clay, HubSpot / Salesforce, Instantly, HeyReach, enrichment providers
  • Data pipelines across systems; translate messy GTM problems into structured workflows
  • Iterate constantly—systems get better every week

What we’re looking for

Core

  • You’ve built systems, not just used tools
  • Ownership: problem → solution end-to-end
  • Comfortable owning work remotely and async
  • High technical slope; clear written communication

Strong signals

  • Automation you’ve shipped (Claude Code, Clay, n8n, etc.)
  • Clay, scraping, enrichment, or outbound systems
  • APIs and wiring tools together
  • CRM automation (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Agency, freelance, or multi-client experience

Nice to have

  • Email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, inboxing)
  • Light scripting (Python, JavaScript)
  • Experience supporting US-based teams or startups

What this role is not

  • Not strategy or people management
  • Not a marketing generalist role
  • Not for people who need step-by-step direction

If you haven’t built systems yourself, this isn’t a fit.

We strongly prefer candidates who can show what they’ve built.

Compensation

  • $3K–$9K per month (USD), depending on skills, experience, and pedigree
  • Performance-based upside over time
  • Room to grow with the business
