LeadFabric review: services, focus, and alternatives
LeadFabric appears in our GTM engineering agency landscape as a RevOps agency: European B2B martech and marketing and revenue operations partner, running since 2008.
What LeadFabric does
LeadFabric is a European B2B go-to-market consultancy, systems integrator and creative agency in one company. Its site says it researches how buyers buy, designs the GTM, engineers the marketing technology behind it and runs the campaigns. Much of the work centers on marketing automation platforms (Marketo Engage, Eloqua, Salesforce Pardot, HubSpot) and ABM with 6sense, plus newer work in Clay and Phave. It also offers MOPS as a service, which supplies outsourced martech specialists. Its site says it is moving clients off the marketing qualified lead toward buying group models.
- GTM strategy, buyer insight research and ICP work
- Marketing automation for Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot and HubSpot
- ABM and buying group marketing with 6sense
- MOPS as a service (outsourced martech specialists)
- Clay data workflows and enrichment
- Outreach sales engagement consulting
- Campaign services, creative and AI translations
- Email deliverability
Who LeadFabric fits
LeadFabric says it serves mid-market and enterprise companies with complex sales. Its about page names industries from manufacturing and financial services to telecommunications and cyber security. Its Clay engagement tiers run from a single mid-market team on one CRM up to enterprises with several business units and regions. Testimonials on its site come from marketing leaders at Twilio, Securitas, Telenet, DS Smith, Serrala and Athlon, which points to multi-region marketing teams running enterprise automation platforms.
- Its site says it was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Mechelen, Belgium, with offices in the Netherlands, France, Romania, the UK and Taiwan.
- Its site calls it the EU's first Platinum-certified 6sense partner and says it has been a Salesforce partner since 2012.
- Its blog announced in June 2026 that it had become a Clay Studio Partner.
- Its blog says G2 named it a Leader for Marketing Automation Consulting in 2026 for the second year running, with a 4.9 star rating.
- Its homepage describes it as an exclusive EMEA launch partner for Phave, an AI-native marketing automation platform.
How LeadFabric works
LeadFabric describes itself as three companies in one: a business consultancy, a systems integrator and a creative agency. Its Barco ClickShare story shows the method: interviews with sales, marketing, customers, prospects and lost deals, a data quality check, combining account data, buying group insight and signals to define what 'in market' means, then a deliberately small pilot. For Clay work it runs discovery and architecture first, review and QA before go-live, then a structured handoff with documentation and recorded walkthroughs, and the client keeps ownership of every workflow and table. Its MOPS service supplies cross-trained specialists across Eloqua, HubSpot, Marketo and Salesforce so campaigns do not depend on one internal hire.
Its site lists a head office in Mechelen, Belgium, and offices in Amsterdam, Paris, Bucharest, London and Taipei.
Published results and clients
These are LeadFabric's own claims from its website. We have not verified them independently.
- Its Barco customer story says ClickShare moved to an account-based GTM with buyer research and 6sense; the site says the pilot is live and full results will be published in autumn 2026.
- Its about page cites a long relationship with Trend Micro, saying it helped widen reach across business units and countries.
- Its MOPS page claims a 42% increase in conversion rate for one client through conversational marketing built on buyer insight data.
Engagement and pricing
Its Clay offering page lays out three consulting tiers. Diagnostic and First Fix runs 6 to 8 weeks on a fixed-price SOW for one use case. Fabric Rollout runs 3 to 4 months, fixed price or time and materials, for two to three use cases. A GTM Center of Excellence runs 6+ months on time and materials. A managed service retainer can sit under any tier. No prices are published.
How LeadFabric compares
RevOps firms vary by CRM focus (HubSpot, Salesforce, or both), by company stage, and by whether they work as a fractional team or on fixed projects. Check partner tier for your CRM, how they handle data migration, and whether they also build pipeline generation or stick to operations.
LeadFabric is strongest where a company already runs Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or 6sense and needs specialists across regions. Its Clay practice is newer, with Studio partner status dated June 2026, so ask for Clay-specific references and who on the team builds the tables. The flagship Barco story has no published results yet, so ask for outcome figures from finished programs. If you are outside Europe, confirm which office and time zone would staff your account.
