What is GTM engineering?

GTM engineering agency vs. lead generation agency vs. RevOps

A lead generation agency is usually a done-for-you service that hands you appointments or contact lists. You rent the output, and it stops when you stop paying.

A RevOps consultancy focuses on process, reporting, and CRM hygiene. It tends to be heavy on strategy and lighter on building.
